Located in a former cinderblock warehouse in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn, Roberta's offers a creative environment with a homegrown feel.

The events we create in our Garden embody the same spirit. We couple our one-of-a-kind, constantly evolving Garden space with detailed planning and restaurant-quality seasonal food and drinks to make for a custom-built event tailored to you.

From book launches and company parties, to weddings and rehearsal dinners, our working on-site Garden is transformed to create an intimate and festive space for each and every occasion. Our Garden holds up to 120 guests for weddings and up to 180 guests for purely standing parties.

Roberta's also offers full service, off-site event catering. Whether for 40 people or 400, in your home or an empty parking lot, our team of talented chefs and planners will work with you to create an epic, well-coordinated experience for you and your guests.

Additional Charges

Estimated price per head is inclusive of food and beverages only.  Garden events are subject to food and drink spending minimums: $6,000 food and drink spending minimum for events Monday-Thursday, and $8,000 food and drink spending minimum for events on Friday-Sunday.  Minimums are not applied to additional required charges, including: Garden rental fee, administration fee, all necessary rentals (tents, tables, chairs, serviceware, glassware, etc.), front-of-house labor at an hourly wage, tax and optional add-on services such as Month-Of and Day-Of Event Coordinators.  Included in the Garden rental is use of the space for 12 hours, within which all setup, deliveries, event time, and breakdown must occur. It also includes wooden tables and wooden benches, a dedicated PA system with speakers for amplified sound, dedicated bar, cleaning of the entire Garden before and after the event, standard space lighting, customized floor plan design, and basic menu printing.

The Scene:
Roberta’s Garden is a working, urban garden in Bushwick, Brooklyn.  Entering through our private entrance, guests step off the mural-lined streets into an aura of seasonal herbs, produce and flowers.  The rustic and festive vibe of our intimate space is ready to be transformed for any occasion. With string lights and candles lighting the space, guests are welcomed with a warm glow.
Standout Venue Features:
For all Garden events, Roberta’s dedicated catering and events team will take care of all aspects, from the food and drink menus, to ordering the necessary rentals, to providing staffing to make sure that the entire event is run smoothly.  Custom menus are created featuring organic, sustainable ingredients, some of which can be found in our working garden.
Extra Perks:
For events featuring pizza, watch our team of pizzaiolos cook pies directly out of our garden wood-fired oven in front of your guests.

Catering is provided by Roberta's team of talented chefs.  Seasonal menu options procure the most sustainable and responsibly farmed ingredients available.  Our team of chefs will work directly with you in the weeks before your event to create a personalized menu to highlight your events needs with the season's freshest ingredients.
Bars & Lounges:
All garden events feature a dedicated bar with custom, seasonal bar packages.  Our curated wine, beer and specialty cocktail lists offer small batch, organic and bio-dynamic options.
