One thing that defines Rebellion Wine Bar is our extensive and exclusive offerings of natural wines. Natural winemakers celebrate the uniqueness of their grapes and regions, rather than strive for consistency in the marketplace. For our foods, we continue our emphasis on well-crafted fermentation. The menu reveals an array of cured meats, aged cheeses, as well as pickled vegetables. We especially pride ourselves on our locally sourced baked sourdough bread for our divine grilled melts, which unite childhood nostalgia with artisan quality sandwich making.
