Authentic Japanese ramen comes to Winnipeg!Ramen Takeuma is owned and operated by Atsushi Kawazu, a Japanese native from Kyoto, who was trained in Japan to make Ramen and will be opening a permanent ramen shop in the near future. Until then, a temporary pop-up event has been started to see how Winnipegers respond to authentic ramen and we conduct market research.This 2024 Summer dinner pop-up event has just started.
