Relaxation Inside Scoop - Don't miss visitng the Kananaskis Nordic Spa while you are here. The first of it's kind here in Alberta and built with the modern day trailblazer in mind, this spa is the Canadian interpretation of an old Nordic Wellness Practice. Plan for 2-4 hours here, and if you are here on a weekend go early, the spa is first come first served and they will often get a wait list on busy days.

Olympic Ballroom
The Olympic Ballroom was built for the 1988 Olympics and can be separated into the Gold, Silver and Bronze Sections. The Gold is the largest of the 3 sections and features a wall of windows looking into the forest. The Bronze features a mural painted at the construction of the hotel that has been preserved through numerous renovations.
View: The Gold room looks out into the Forest of Kananaskis.
Max capacity: 600 in theatre seating, 450 for a seated dinner

Mount Kidd Ballroom
Mount Kidd Ballroom is located in an adjacent building to the Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, the Mount Kidd Manor. This smaller ballroom can also be split into 3 sections.
View: All sections of the Ballroom look out into the Kananaskis Forest.
Max capacity: 200 theatre, 150 for dinner

Wildflower Room
The Wildflower Room features dark hard wood floors, a dark stone wall and a bright wall of windows.
View: Wildflower's windows look out into a Courtyard, from which you can see the towering Mount Kidd.
