The dual-concept launch of Polite Provisions and sister restaurant, Soda & Swine, brings a renewed spirit of community to a bustling street corner of one of San Diego\'s most eclectic, burgeoning neighborhoods, Normal Heights. Helmed by Consortium Holdings—the ambitious social engineering duo sparking a new wave of cultural interest in San Diego’s evolving urban hospitality movement—the new concepts opened doors in February 2013 to an incredible amount of pre-launch buzz, including Imbibe magazine’s “The Imbibe 75” of 2013, Eater National\'s “40 Most Anticipated Openings of 2013”, and Details magazine\'s “Where to Drink in 2013”.

Additional charges: Sunday through Thursday 3-hour Reservation Rate — $1,000 Minimum — This includes a reserved section of the bar and a private bartender exclusively for your guests. Any drinks your group enjoys would be included towards the minimum. We would be happy to offer a custom menu which will include five cocktails of your choosing from our extensive repertoire. Full cocktail menu will also be available through the main bar or through cocktail servers. We limit this package to 30 people maximum. *Fridays & Saturdays are not available for reservations. For parties over 30 people, or for groups interested in having a completely private event, we can offer buy out packages from 7pm to 2am on any day of the week. A buy out package would close the bar exclusively to your guests. We would be happy to offer our full cocktail menu and staff to your attention. We limit buy out packages to 120 people maximum. Mondays & Tuesdays — $8,000 Minimum Wednesdays & Thursdays — $10,000 Minimum Sundays — $10,000 Minimum *Fridays & Saturdays are not available for buy outs. The above quotes do not include food options or gratuity. If you would like to have Soda & Swine cater the event the addition would require an adjustment to the quoted prices. We will not accommodate split checks towards minimums, and a deposit will be required ahead of time.
