Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards is unique among the growing number of fine wineries along Virginia’s Monticello Wine Trail. We not only create distinguished boutique wines, Pippin Hill’s Tasting Room pairs them with some of the most elevated cuisine you’ll find in these gentle hills. Local, fresh, seasonal, from vineyard- and farm-to-table is how we do things, and always with Pippin Hill’s welcoming sense of relaxed elegance.

Our vineyard is situated to grow the region’s best grapes, just as our venue was designed to host the Southeast’s finest events. The Pippin Hill Bridal Loft is truly one of signature spaces, designed to provide all the conveniences needed for bridal party pampering and relaxation, including room service from our Bridal Loft lunch menu. Plush couches and comfortable chairs, a hair and make-up bar, ample mirrors and outlets and a photographer-friendly three-way mirror are some of the Loft’s thoughtful details.

Groom's Suite
In the cool grotto of our Pippin Hill Wine Cellar, our grooms and their groomsmen can prep and relax before the festivities begin. Enjoy roomy leather furniture and an oversized coffee table, as well as a TV in case the game is on. The Groom’s Suite opens to a private courtyard overlooking the Blue Ridge mountains.

We offer monthly cooking classes at the Pippin Hill Cooking School. Want to learn our secrets? Roll your sleeves up and come hungry to Pippin Hill’s Cooking School. Offered seasonally on Wednesday evenings, Chef Ian Rynecki offers hands-on classes, each with helpful pointers and tricks of the trade. From making homemade pasta to seasoning soups, we’ll butter up your culinary IQ. A deliciously fun way to spend an evening; great for groups, bridal parties or girls’ night out.

Because Pippin Hill was custom developed by a master event planner, every detail—from bar configurations to electrical outlet placement—has been thoughtfully designed for effortless events, small or large. Every aspect of the farm is timeless yet modern, simple yet elegant. A farm that twinkles in the winter, boasting a rustic, organic feel on the exterior, yet allows endless possibilities on the interior to create your dream day. In addition to breathtaking views, we feature a unique bridal suite that offers a luxurious, spacious salon for our Bride and her bridesmaids. Not to mention, it is the ideal location for your "getting ready" photos. Pippin Hill's rustic barn doors and hydrangea pathway offer a sweet location for your "first look" or other special photo ops.

As a destination wedding venue, we want the planning process to be seamless for our brides. That's why we created the Bespoke Wedding Services package to include chiavari dining chairs, round dining tables and banquet tables with all of your tabletop essentials; china, glassware and cutlery for up to 250 people. We want you to focus on the fun, the music and the florals, let us take care of the operational details. We offer fully stocked libation bars with an onsite mixologist to make your preferred cocktail. Our s'mores and fire pit package is a huge hit in the colder months!

The Veranda Terrace and Courtyard:
Our classic stone Terrace and Veranda offers the feel of Tuscany or Provence in the heart of Virginia. The Reserve Room:

Both Ceremony Lawns are beautifully manicured, equipped with power, and we provide classic white folding chairs for up to 200 guests.

The Tasting Room:
Our winery Tasting Room is available throughout the evening, offering a welcoming indoor spot with incredible views for guests to relax. The Tasting Room features café seating around handcrafted farm tables, a large bar crafted from a 400-year-old Cypress tree and our Tuscan style wood-burning oven. The Tasting Room is also a wonderful flex/overflow space for an additional bar if your primary activities are in The Granary or the Veranda.

The beauty of Pippin Hill Farm and Vineyards is not as obvious as it may first appear. Yes, there are rolling fields with mountain peaks, vineyards, a tasting room to swirl fine wines and a beautiful barn in the most perfect pale blue that it almost blends into the sky. What really sets this venue apart? It is owned by Lynn Easton. Lynn is the wedding and event planning genius behind Easton Events, the restaurateur behind Cannon Green and the boutique hotel owner of Zero George Street just to name a few. Her hospitality resume is quite lengthy and her event planning career is just as solid.

Lynn and her team understand events. They understand them inside and out and backwards and forwards. Whether you are a bride, a groom a parent, a vendor or just someone who wants to host one heck of a holiday party, they get it. The team at Pippin Hill Farm and Vineyards are well versed in all things celebratory and they embrace the elements. They love all seasons and particularly don’t shy away from winter. In fact, it has become one of their favorite seasons. Why you ask?
