Park Winters was built in 1865 as an entertainment residence for Amaretta Scott and her husband George Washington Scott, one of the founders of Scottsdale, AZ. An idyllic, lushly planted oasis in the middle of the richest farmland in the United States, the mansion, event rooms, and grounds are stately, impeccably preserved, and magical. Nearby town Winters is a hidden gem, not yet played out like Napa, but offering the same stellar wine-tasting, live music, and art tours one would expect in the wine country 20 miles North.

The most popular, most requested signature cocktail of 2014? That would be head bartender Jay's mango habanero margarita. Summer is the best time to enjoy fresh vegetables and Kubota figs out of our organic kitchen garden, but Fall is when you'll be munching on our pomegranates, persimmons, and jujubees.

Park Winters is truly a magical property situated on ten beautiful acres with unobstructed views of rich farmland and the Blue Ridge Mountain Range. With both indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception areas, Park Winters is a venue for all seasons. With the 1865 Victorian Mansion, beautiful gardens, saltwater pool, almond orchard, and lounge spaces, Park Winter’s offers a variety of options to meet the wishes of each couple. Since we serve only one party at a time, the entire estate is yours while you are here and the sky is the limit with what you can do! Come enjoy this unique oasis where friends and family can gather in a relaxed and private setting. Let us provide the ideal backdrop for a classic Northern California party, wedding, or event. Design:
Under private ownership since its construction in 1865, the Park Winters manse, now an inn, is meticulously preserved and a rich feast of ornate Victorian design. The grand staircase sweeps up from the first floor parlors into the main floor of luxury suites and library. The third floor is an open loft with pitched eaves and bright natural light. 10 acres of grounds flow around multiple patio spaces, a museum (original foreman's cabin), orchards, and the large pool patio with fire pit and whirlpool. Notable features: The Fig Forest - a pile of lumber beneath a grove of heirloom fig trees created a natural tunnel when excavated, and is now one of the prime photography spots on the property. The Pecan tree - planted at the time the original mansion was constructed, this 150 year old pecan shelters countless guests under its arcing, graceful branches on the main lawn. The Foreman's Cabin - preserved from the original construction, this quaint 2 room structure is decorated with antiques found on the property. An unbelievable delight to our photographers and guests. The Organic Kitchen Garden - Chef prepares many meals straight from the garden, a showcase of the Mediterranean climate that makes Northern California a worldwide food destination. The Event Barn - Situated in the center of it all beside the mansion, this event space allows for multiple views of the property, full climate control, and onsite catering. The fir beams from Oregon stay true to the barn-style aesthetic while adding grace and stateliness to the lines of the pitched, open ceiling. French doors open onto a patio with unique fire features and scenic Northern views of the the surrounding farmland.

The Citrus Lounge - on the South side of the mansion, this intimate spot is both cozy and central. The citrus tree blossoms will lull you into a late summer haze. The Mulberry Lounge - share drinks and laughter under the twinkling market lights while the candles around this lounge warm up the darkening evening sky. The North Patio Lounge - take in the sites of the rich land and mountains, endless skyline, and glorious Fall trees while you stroll with friends The Pool Bar - upon request, we will set up a bar by the Saltwater Pool to create your epic cocktail party. The Main Bar - central to everything! Belly up to the bar and let our bartenders blow your mind wide open with our signature array of top-shelf cocktails, beer, and local award-winning wines!
