- The Scene:
- PARC Aspen is set back from the street in it's own alcove. Upon arrival, white washed brick stairs will guide guests down to the patio space, making way to custom French doors and the grand entrance to our restaurant. The hostess stand features a wood carving done by one of Aspen's local artists Lauren Kaye Poppie. Each section of our space features artwork from local artists to create an authentically Aspen feeling.
- Design:
- The restaurant space was demo'd and remodeled to a modern French farmhouse feel, expanding the footprint to make room for more guest seating and opportunities to entertain! The owners converted bar storage space into an exclusive 12-person private dining room, The 620 Room, featuring an old oak table set in the middle, flanked by paintings of the Napa Valley vineyards and enveloped by the EXTENSIVE wine collection.
- Standout Venue Features:
- PARC Aspen offers a 30-person patio space [weather permitting] surrounded by greenery and florals to create the feeling of being in an enchanted forest. We have two sommeliers with a combined total of 20+ years of experience and a wine list to back them up [over 7,000 selections!].
