Pull up a chair in the candy pink-walled courtyard, beneath boughs of bougainvillea and glittering disco balls, take a seat up in Room 39 overlooking the pool, with tchotchkes from around the globe in touching distance or ascend the staircase to our breezy sky-high roof terrace with panoramic views. Wherever, however, whenever you dine with us, it’s an alfresco kind of magic beneath Balearic blue skies or under the glittering stars and moon.Provenance plays a starring role on our lunch and dinner menus, and we source as much of our fresh and seasonal produce from the fertile farmlands surrounding the hotel. If it can’t be found here on the island, our chefs Tim Payne and Tess Prince go straight to the finest sources around the world to ensure our plates are brimming with authenticity, flavour a
