And a bonus room comes at the top of the house in the form of a family room with a TV and board games – perhaps the perfect hangout for younger members of the group. And while the courtyard garden isn't huge, there's seating space and a barbecue – with a small park just opposite the house if the kids need to let off some steam. After a day on the beach, it's a pleasure to back home to this classically English home.
