Active One

For relaxation and catching the sun, there is a rooftop infinity pool with sundeck which is available for private use in the evening hours. Your fitness routine cannot be neglected while you are on vacation.  The hotel has a modern gym and offers One Run, a special service which includes an experienced private running partner. After your run, enjoy a fresh juice or healthy smoothie, homemade energy bar and cup of specialty coffee.

Green One
One Suite Hotel encourages you to think and act green. Our underground garage offers charging stations for electric vehicles and One Suite’s official car, a TESLA MODEL S, is available with a chauffeur on request. The gastronomic concept is based on seasonal, fresh and local ingredients, specialty coffees, cocktails, craft beers and a great list of all the best Croatian wines.

Art In One

The hotel is a showcase for contemporary art. Every room is aesthetically compelling, some pieces with an edge, some more traditional, but all chosen to display the work of local artists. Eleven prominent artists, all of them from the Dubrovnik area, contribute to the experience. The Art In One catalog is available for purchase as a souvenir or gift with a free set of postcards.

Your conference, event, seminar or business meeting can be held in One’s Meeting Room and a warehouse can be provided on request.

Design:

One Suite Hotel, situated a couple of miles from Dubrovnik Old Town, embodies a fresh design concept by Studio 3LHD to create a place for local residents to enjoy, as well as including several innovative features to enhance the hotel experience for guests. Studio 3LHD, a collaborative architectural studio, are particularly interested in the integration of architecture, art and urban landscape. Their philosophy is reflected in the One Suite Hotel’s main interior design feature, “Art in One”. 

Eighteen accommodation units of a varying structure are placed on two floors, with commercial and catering facilities integrated into the ground floor and the reception area. High-quality natural materials have been selected for the interior design: clean lines and lighter colors in accommodation units and darker tones in public spaces. 3LHD cooperated with Prostoria on the furnishing, a large part of the furniture bears the Croatian design signature. The author of visual identity, signage and environmental graphics design is Orsat Franković from Flomaster. The main feature of the interior design is Art in One, a concept of collaboration with prominent Dubrovnik artists. The hotel is a kind of gallery that will affirm the art scene by exhibiting local artists and their creative energy. 
Standout Venue Features:
There is an infinity pool surrounded by a sunbathing deck on the roof that guests can book for a private use in the evening hours.

The hotel offers a tailor-made experience for guests with a green & healthy lifestyle: a gym, massage pool and a special gastronomic concept in the "Lokal" restaurant and bar. All meals feature locally sourced foods produced by family-owned farms. The bar serves local wines and kraft beers. Electric vehicle power station and a modern conference room are located in the hotel.
Hotel developed a unique "One Suite Hotel App" that, besides standard options (internet access, hotel check-in and check-out) allows unlocking of doors and guides the visitors through the entire facility. There is also a possibility to view running and walking trails for recreational use in the Župa area.

The place to have a great specialty coffee or organic tea by Cogito specialty coffee roasters, famous healthy & homemade Breakfast In One, cakes to forget on your diet, made by traditional recipes with the modern touch.

In the evening, Lokal is the best place in Dubrovnik for having a glass of some of the best Croatian wines, because you do not have to order a whole bottle if you can resist. The bartenders are mixing proper cocktails what made Lokal the referent place for cocktails in the area. There are two very popular party programmes during the week: Mix&Mingle on Thursdays and Saturday Groove on Saturdays, and rumors say (and we can agree with it!) that here you can meet the most beautiful ladies.
