Venue Setting
Mathieu Germond, former co-owner and restaurant manager of Pied à Terre restaurant, bring his new restaurant with George Farrugia in charge of the cooking. Their aim is to bring a French ‘rustic' and convivial atmosphere to London’s Fitzrovia. Noizé comprises of a ground floor restaurant and a lower floor. Possibility to have a private room, large tables.The menu will feature seasonal dishes, bold combinations served in a straightforward but elegant style. Given Mathieu’s vast knowledge of wine and sommelier at Pied à Terre, the wine list will be broad, expressive and creative, with featured combinations and tastings.
