Hidden away on an idyllic spot in the Waveney Valley, this single-storey cottage was only built in 2016 (although it was given a complete refresh in 2021). You get a sense of the rural location while sitting in the living room, which has a large set of glass doors taking up one side of the space that looks out to the bucolic Suffolk countryside. Out in the south-facing garden, there's a patio with everything you need for lazing about on sunny afternoons, including an alfresco table, a pair of loungers and a barbecue. However, if you want to get active, there are lots of invigorating walks to embark upon nearby, while the town of Southwold takes just over twenty-five minutes to reach in the car if you fancy a day out at the seaside.
