A known historic gem, the space first came to life in 1945 as Lyons English Grille. In 2014, the building was purchased from David Lyons and after a year-long meticulous renovation, Mr. Lyons Steakhouse was born in 2015, paying homage to David Lyons himself.

Enveloped in the aura of a bygone era, the interior resonates with the soulful rhythms of jazz standards and the clink of martini glasses. Mr. Lyons offers a modern touch of luxury and creativity, and its menu supports small, local farms first and is delivered to the table with exceptional service.

At Mr. Lyons, five unique spaces await your arrival: The Grand Salon, The Lounge, The Conservatoryand Terrace, The Private Dining Room, and Seymour’s.

The Grand Salon: A spectacle of grandeur and opulence, this is where you don your finest attire and sink into the plush velvet booths with a glass of sparkling champagne. This is the quintessential Palm Springs grandeur that you've been yearning for.

The Lounge: This dimly lit space is both moody and enticing. Sidle up to the bar for a flawlessly crafted classic cocktail, or sink into one of the coveted leather booths for martinis and a delicious meal with your friends. The Lounge comes alive every Wednesday to Sunday between 5pm to 7pm for a special Happy Hour.

The Conservatory and Terrace: Imagine Parisian sophistication embodied in a dining room, accentuated with lush greenery, green marble walls, and an outdoor terrace with a fireplace. Here, you can savor an elegant meal under the warm desert breeze.

The Private Dining Room: Nestled next to the Grand Salon, this secluded haven is perfect for birthdays, intimate or small family gatherings, or a chef's tasting for up to 12 people.

Seymour's: An homage to founder Tara Lazar's father, Seymour's offers a classic bar experience with a twist. The lush interiors and moody lighting make it a neighborhood favorite. Its unmarked side entrance adds to the intrigue, and beyond its 12-seat bar, features a large outdoor patio, complete with lounge seating and a bocce ball court.

Established in 2016, Seymour’s is a classic bar that transports you to a timeless place with its lush interiors, moody lighting and sneaky unmarked side entrance. Its key design elements are salvaged from the original 1938 restaurant, Lyons English Grille. Its intimate, dimly lit atmosphere incorporates art, artifacts and an alluring aesthetic that merges a classic era with modern touches. If you can’t find a seat at the 12-chair bar, simply step outside to the expansive starlit patio, hugged by mountain views and a dreamy desert sky.

Seymour’s is also an ode to Seymour Lazar himself, F10 founder Tara Lazar’s father. The handcrafted cocktail menu, conceived by Steen Bojsen-Møller is exquisite, unique, balanced, and seasonal with no pretense. It infuses farm fresh ingredients with top-shelf secrets to create a neighborhood hotspot that you’ll want to keep secret. Cheers!
