Venue Setting

Our estate is located on one of the Eastern shore's most coveted waterfront parcels. The perfect mix of seclusion and access, enjoy the quiet sounds of nature but have easy access to fabulous restaurants, nightlight and shopping in the nearby towns of Easton, St. Michaels and Oxford.

We provide enriching experiences for groups, retreats, getaways. We have a wide variety of games and activities for our guests.

We celebrate local culture and take part in different activities hosted by the town and local community. We have fields to play sports. We exercise, which includes long (or short) bike rides, yoga and boxing. We run. We kayak and sail. We offer motor-boating, boat trips and fishing trips. In the winter, we sit by the fireplace (with hot chocolate). We snowshoe (if it snows). We read books, we screen movies, we paint in our art studio. We have an ice cream shop on property and a library full of books.

Our goal is to provide all these services to you so you have the best experience and create lasting memories.

The scene:: Our newly renovated 25 bedroom waterfront property is ideal for your next family vacation or retreat. The house overlooks the beautiful eastern shore and includes a bar, fully-equipped kitchen, screened-in porch and private dock access. Guests also have access to kayaks, fishing equipment, our ice cream shop and more! Enjoy a gorgeous sunset by the firepit overlooking the water. Quiet and remote but very close to both Easton and Saint Michaels for a perfect getaway.
Standout venue features:: The main lodge is located on a beautiful waterfront estate that shares the grounds with 3 of our other small cottages on the property. Guests have access to the swimming pool, private dock, tennis court, fishing equipment, bikes, gym, the library, fire pit and the complimentary ice cream shop on the property! You can also walk through our gardens, visit the petting zoo and art barn on the property as well. The main lodge has 25 bedrooms and 25 bathrooms. There is a pub room that includes a bar, lounge area and pool table. There is also has a large living room with a TV for guests to gather and enjoy each other's company. Aside from the living room, there are two additional den areas for guests to gather. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances and tableware/cutlery for guests. The screened-in porch is perfect to watch the gorgeous sunsets and view of the bay.
