Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. The primary guest on the booking must be at least 21 years or older to check-in. The credit card holder's first and last name must match the photo ID card presented at check-in and the booking confirmation. If the first and last name on the photo ID card does not match the credit card presented, than an alternative matching card must be provided. The property places a hold on the guest credit card at check-in for each night's stay plus USD 100 for each night for incidentals. The charges for incidentals will be refunded within 2 to 4 business days. The incidental charges must be paid with a credit card at check-in.
