For groups of 32-75 guests Maison May is pleased to offer exclusive use of the entire historic Brownstone, giving guests full access to the rustic, yet chic Main Dining Room, charming backyard Garden, and the dramatic Parlor Room on the second story.

Maison May can accommodate more initimate celebrations by privitizing either the Garden or the Parlor. These spaces are lovely options for baby showers, bridal brunches, birthday dinners and other smaller gatherings.

The space is ideal for weddings of 32-75 guests, where the party can have full, private use of the brownstone. This allows for a truly unique experience, providing guests the opportunity to float through the entire space as if being hosted in an elegant family residence.

The Garden offers a serene spot for a charming outdoor ceremony right in the middle of New York City, which can be followed by a Parlor Cocktail Hour, and then dinner situated in the main dining room and in the outdoor Garden. After the meal, guests can choose to relax in the open air, dance the night away upstairs in the Parlor, or have a relaxed chat in the Main Dining Room.

Smaller settings for 18-32 guests are also available.

Hosting guests in New York can be an ordeal, but at Maison May you are invited to make our home your own. The backyard is a unique private oasis in the middle of the city, where you can host a garden party in the warmer months. A cocktail soiree or a seated brunch or dinner, there is no wrong answer in this lovely open air space, which is ideal for parties of up to 32 seated guests. In case of rain guests can make use of the beautiful white-washed parlor floor or the cozy main dining room.
Design:: The Brownstone retains many original features from its elegant hayday.The all-white Parlor features gorgeous crown moldings and elegant sliding double doors, with glass featurettes. The Garden showcases a gray stone floor, a big beautiful tree that provides shade from the sun, and is surrounded by lush greenery in the summer months. The Main Dining Room, just inside, is thoughtfully decorated with hand-picked vintage french homewares; bare-wood tables and cross-back chairs cozy up to a linen banquette, and white brick walls frame two massive fireplaces that make for excellent focal points. Artistically distressed interior elements, original wall cutouts, and tiny nooks provide interesting features throughout.
Standout venue features:: Maison May is one of the only Brownstone venues in all of New York City, making it an ideal location for hosts seeking a unique space with a genuine "New York" feel to it. As a full-service One-Stop-Shop we allow our guests to focus on the fun things while we provide the rest.
All meals are served either floating format or family-style, ensuring the themes of gathering, connection, and celebration are front and center.
