Legacy Hill Farm is located just 40 minutes southeast of Minneapolis–Saint Paul, MN, in a peaceful modern French countryside setting. It offers both indoor and outdoor spaces where you and your guests can enjoy the intimacy and beauty of nature surrounding you. Nearly all of the buildings are original to the property from the early 1900s. They have been restored and modernized to create a one-of-a-kind experience for couples and their guests. The pavilion is the only additional structure and is built to seamlessly fit in and provide a large covered and protected space for guests to gather. Its feature wall showcases a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling fireplace and giant sliding barn doors, allowing sunshine and nature to surround you. Wheelchair-accessible spaces and abundant on-site parking add convenience and comfort for guests.

Legacy Hill Farm hosts single-faith, multi-faith, and non-religious weddings, as well as elopements, civil unions, commitment ceremonies, second weddings, and vow renewal ceremonies. Up to 295 guests can share in your joyful occasion across over 10 hours of exclusive venue access. The staff will serve your event, providing table setup and teardown as well as a post-event deep cleaning service. They also offer the use of get-ready rooms, lighting, and outdoor heaters. You can customize your celebration further with early access hours, firewood service, sparkler service, and wedding rehearsals. Being fully bookable online, arranging your special celebration is a seamless process.

Guests are greeted in a plaza surrounded by the original vaulted ceiling white barn, renovated granary with restrooms inside, and welcomed with views of manicured lawns and gardens. A storybook tree arches over the path to the ceremony site where guests enter through a statement grand reveal a door that leads guests into the historic pews. Flowing out of the ceremony site cocktail hour is enjoyed from a patio draped in cafe lighting and a European pub bar. Dinner is served in the expansive pavilion with picturesque views of the countryside, cafe lighting, fireplace, and feature doors that reveal a backdrop of romantic trees and sunset. In the evening guests can explore the well-lit paths that lead guests to romantic intimate conversational settings that all get to be enjoyed under the stars.
Design:: This French-inspired property has refurbished timeless spaces to create elegant unforgettable spots that guests will never want to leave. Window boxes brimming with flowers, water features and European accents are sprinkled throughout. A patio filled with bistro tables & chairs, whitewashed handcrafted dining tables with French bistro seating, wine barrels and chandeliers all pull European vibes into every celebration. Elegant detailing extends throughout the property and even into the restrooms housed in the historic newly renovated granary that features a copper sink, chandeliers, and lounge. Golden hour lasts forever at this hilltop venue and provides photographers with multiple dream backdrops to capture. When the sun goes down cafe and twinkling lights play lead and music ring out over the hills leaving guests with every excuse to wait just a little bit longer before they leave.
