The restaurant at Porth Beach Hotel serves a smorgasbord of seaside favourites, small plates & desserts served up by head chef/owner Anj, who aims to please and has spent the winter honing her skills at Leiths School of Cookery and Wine in London.Produce is local when good! - think ale-battered catch of the day, steaks @ Wagyu burgers, moules marinieres and a signature seafood sharing feast brimming with seaside delicacies and perfectly matched with a chilled bottle of picpoul. New for 2024 a selection of sicilian inspired stone-baked pizzas are a welcome addition to Anjs repetoire.
