From this glamorous perch at the water's edge, star chef David Middleton crafts modern cuisine that showcases his deft touch with seafood cooking. The menu showcases sustainably sourced fish and shellfish from waters across the globe: Faroe Island salmon; roasted red Alaskan king crab legs; octopus al pastor; roasted Maine lobster and dry-aged Hawaiian big eye tuna chop. For carnivores, Middleton rounds out his offering with expertly charred steaks and various add-ons. The desserts by Michael Outlaw, Lakeside's sultan of sweets, are not to be missed, especially his "Chocolate Sensation" and "Pears & Popcorn."
