Villa Occupancy: All villas can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults, except for the Two Bedroom Beach Houses which can accommodate up to 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 children. Please note that children can only be accommodated if the same is conveyed to the property prior to guest’s arrival. • When sharing with two adults, extra child rate (under 11.99 years) is 25% of the per room double rate for each respective category. • Extra adult rate is 35% of the per room double rate for each respective category. Please note, guests must advise arrival and departure flight details at the time of booking, at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Compulsory Gala dinner Fee.Christmas Eve Gala Dinner :- USD 184.8 for Adult, USD 123.2 for child (ages 2-11) New Year Eve Gala Dinner:- USD 246.4 for Adult, USD 166.32 for child (ages 2-11) Transfers: The resort will arrange for a round-trip seaplane transfer by Seaplane or Speedboat to Kuramathi Island from Malé International Airport. Only one mode of transfers can be booked. Speed Boat Transfer Schedule Combined round trip (Male Airport – Kuramathi – Male Airport) Adult: US$ 148 Child: US$ 74 (up to 12 years) Kids up to 2 years old are on complimentary basis The above rates are inclusive 10% service charge and 12% GST Speedboat transfers from / to Kuramathi are combined transfers and takes approximately 90 minutes. There are three transfers available daily as per below timings. Guests may have to wait at the airport upon arrival to take the next available transfer. AIRPORT to Kuramathi: (ARRIVALS) • Departure from Male Airport at 10:30 for flights that arrive into Male Airport between 06:00hrs and 10:00hrs • Departure from Male Airport at 14:00 for flights that arrive into Male Airport between 10:00hrs and 13:30hrs • Departure from Male Airport at 16:30 for flights that arrive into Male Airport between 13.30hrs and 15:30hrs (Arrivals after 15:30hrs (3:30pm) must book their own accommodation for arrival night and we arrange transfer to Kuramathi the following day.) KURAMATHI to airport (DEPARTURES) Departure from Kuramathi at 06:00 for flights departing Male between 09:00hrs and 12:00hrs Departure from Kuramathi at 09:00 for flights departing Male between 12:00hrs and 17:30hrs Departure from Kuramathi at 14:30 for flights departing Male after 17:30hrs Seaplane transfers Seaplane transfers from Male’ International airport to Kuramathi are usually scheduled between 06:00hrs to 15:30hrs. There are no evening or night transfers to Kuramathi. For arrivals in the evening / night, it is recommended to book an overnight stay at a hotel in Male’ before joining the first available transfers for the next day. Duration of the transfers by seaplane is 25 minutes. Adult: USD 353 Child: USD 213 (up to 12 years) The above rates are not inclusive of 12% GST Infants (below 2 years old) are on complimentary basis and will only be sitting on the lap of the parent (no seat to be provided and no baggage allowance entitlement). This additional cost is to be paid directly to the resort. The resort accepts payment in USD currency only. All major currencies can be exchanged at the applicable conversion rate. In case of bad weather, and speedboat is unable to travel, guests will need to upgrade to seaplane where the difference in the rate is chargeable. Please note that the taxes [23.2%] will be charged on top of the cancellation fee as well. As per the Civil Aviation Authority of Maldives in accordance with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), all passengers arriving to the Maldives must be in the possession of a machine readable passport in-order to be allowed entrance into the destination. The Department of Immigration and Emigration of Maldives will not be accepting non-machine readable passports or hand written passports. Honeymoon Courtesies: Flower decoration on bed on arrival, chocolates and bottle of wine (minimum 4 nights required). Flower decoration on bed on arrival, chocolates and half bottle of champagne with canapés (minimum 7 nights required). A copy of marriage certificate must be provided at time of check-in. Honeymoon courtesies are only valid for travel within 6 months from date of wedding The Credit Card used to make the payment should be shown to our front desk at the time of check-in for verification purpose. Failure to do so, the resort reserves the right to collect the whole amount from the guest.
