James Beard semi-finalist for Best Chef Texas and Top Chef Season 19 judge Kiran Verma, considered the ‘godmother of Indian fine dining,’ has created world-class north Indian cuisine at her eponymous restaurant. Come and enjoy good food and great service in a fabulous environment.Signature dishes include rack of lamb with aloo methi, Chilean sea bass with mango chutney, chicken tikka masala and a vegetarian thali. Specialty cocktails range from the Jahangir Lassi (house-infused pineapple rum, passion fruit, mango lassi, pistachio) to a Chai Old Fashioned to a Cardamom Basil Gin & Tonic.The restaurant serves Afternoon Tea every Saturday and Sunday - a four-course Indian and English tea experience. Chef Kiran has created her own chai blend.
