Some Korean-Style rooms feature Ondol, Korean traditional heated underflooring. The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk with safety deposit boxes. A free shuttle service between the hotel and Jinbu Bus Terminal is available from Thursday to Monday. A buffet breakfast is available at the restaurant, which also serves a variety of coffee and Western cuisine. Guests can also enjoy a simple sandwich and coffee/tea for a small fee. Kensington Hotel Pyeongchang is located a 20-minute drive away from Odae Mountain National Park. The property is also about a 20 km from Yongpyeong Ski Resort.

Please note that the outdoor swimming pool is open 09:00-18:00 daily from 01 Jul 2019 until 31 Aug 2019. Please note that the fitness centre, indoor pool and sauna are closed every first Wednesday of each month. (In October, the fitness centre, indoor pool and sauna will be closed on 15 Oct 2019 instead.) Please note that children's breakfast is not included in the breakfast-included rate. Children's breakfast will be charged separately.
