Kendall Point sits atop a hill on a beautiful ranch in Kendall County. Decades ago, the property was owned as a whole piece and used to grow cotton. In the 1980’s, the May family purchased a 150-acre section and made their home in the original ranch house. As other sections of the land became available, the May Family collected them to make the ranch the 300 acres it is today.

The site for Kendall Point rests on a solid limestone hill. Over 70 years ago, a limestone stream collected water run off from the hilltop and carried it to the pond where today, couples vow forever. The name Kendall Point represents the county in which it rests and the original purpose of the land, a plantation for growing cotton and other crops. The décor, colors and details were inspired by true Southern Louisiana Plantation homes and mirrored after the antebellum style and old world elegance. History of the land has been preserved, as we have kept original items used to work the ranch centuries ago.

The dream of Kendall Point came to life when the May and Voss families officially opened the doors in November of 2011. Our venue offers turf grass for the ceremony site. Our top of the line synthetic turf, is always green, insect free, never muddy, heals don't sink, and always fluffy! This is a true gem in the Hill Country when rains can soak the grounds, our grass stands tall and allows for a ceremony to proceed outside without the mess of wet and muddy grass. It is green throughout the year including the dog days of summer, and the coldest winters! The grounds are beautifully maintained, and always look its best.
