Since 2009 Jackson’s Bar & Oven has been serving seasonal American fare in the heart of Santa Rosa’s historic Railroad Square. Led by Chef/Owner Josh Silvers and Executive Chef Jason Denton, our kitchen focuses on fresh, local ingredient. From our signature wood-fired pizzas, brick chicken or grilled steaks to crisp salads, burgers and sandwiches, there is something for everyone!
