Venue Setting

Set on the shores of Lake Atitlan, Balam Ya offers a private dock area, free kayaks, and a complimentary light breakfast. Each villa has a balcony with views of the lake. Our villas are surrounded by gardens, and offer free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Our larger villas are equipped with a kitchen and utesils, a standard fridge, our smaller villas are equipped with a kitchenette and utensils, a small fridge. You can find in all our villas: microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Small fans provided according request. Balam Ya offers massage services and private chefs on request. The town of Panajachel is a 10-minute drive from Villas B’alam Ya. Guatemala City and La Aurora International Airport are 3 hours away by car.
