Newly renovated in 2015, Hotel Residenz Hössinger is located at the edge of the Dunkelsteinerwald, a 15-minute drive from Sankt Pölten. It offers a restaurant serving classic Austrian cuisine and fine wines, a bar, a garden with a terrace, and free WiFi. Rooms at the Hössinger Hotel feature a flat-screen satellite TV, a minibar, beds with massage mattresses, and a bathroom with a hairdryer. On request a sauna can be used free of charge. A large private car park is 80 metres away and can be used free of charge. Hiking and jogging trails start at the doorstep, and an 18-hole golf course is 1.5 km away. Melk is 25 minutes away by car, and Krems can be reached in a 35-minute drive.
