Catering. We have a list of partner caterers who handle all catering at Historic 1625. That list includes Snuffin's Catering, Gayle Orth Catering, ACT 3 Catering, Occasions Catering, and Mama Stortinis Catering. We believe these caterers do a great job making each and every wedding here special. All renters must select one of them.
Service of alcohol. At Historic 1625 we do not charge any corkage fee or other up-charge on the alcohol you provide for your guests. You can purchase your alcohol wherever you choose. Our partner caterers will provide the bartender to serve your guests. Please contact them directly to learn their fees.
Other fees. Historic 1625 requires payment of a $500 security deposit which is due 90 days in advance of your wedding. The security deposit is fully refundable assuming the venue is left in the same condition you found it. If you wish to add extra time to your rental (or a rehearsal as discussed above) we charge $250 for each additional hour.- Insurance
