Welcome to Austin’s most unique event space with a speakeasy feel. The HiHello event venue can accommodate anywhere from 5 to 400 guests. Featuring three separate event rooms with exposed brick and columns, each room offers maximum flexibility to make the space your own. The venue is situated one block from the Austin Convention Center, a few blocks from Rainey Street, and surrounded by hotels and nightlife, making our venue the definition of convenience and location. Bring in your favorite restaurant or design your ideal menu with your favorite caterer, the choice is yours at HiHello Events.

Host your next business meeting, art opening, rehearsal dinner, wedding, fundraiser or corporate event. HiHello Venue has rooms from 1000 sq feet to 3000. The smaller lounge is great for intimate and exclusive get-togethers with a wine cellar vibe, such as private dinners, wine tastings and pairings. business meetings, or even poker and game nights.

With its proximity to the Austin Convention Center, this venue can also be used as a corporate hub and business lounge/break out space during busy conferences.

Please plan to visit the venue before renting. We are flexible and can accommodate site visits Monday - Friday. Photos show past events after setup and design, but the space can be completely customized for your event.

The Zilker Lounge
Invite your guests to a comfortable, private club in the heart of downtown Austin. The Zilker Lounge is a 1,000 sq. ft. space accented with leather and wood furniture, a private bar, accent curtains, wine bottle chandeliers and three flat panel monitors. Great for intimate and exclusive get-togethers with a speakeasy vibe, private dinners, wine tastings and pairings. business meetings, or even poker and game nights. With its proximity to the Austin Convention Center, this space can also be used as a corporate hub and business lounge/break out space during busy conferences.

The Lady Bird Room
Your guests will not forget this unique space. The 3,000 sq. ft. room has a wonderful urban feel with an ornate bar as a focal point. The space also features a built-in projection screen and independent sound system with bluetooth connection. A catering pass-through window is available for seamless and convenient food service. From candlelight to corporate, this room can be completely customized for a truly special event.

The Barton Springs Room
An array of possibilities rest in the 2,000 sq. ft. Barton Springs Room. This space has the same look and feel as our larger room, but is great for a more intimate gathering. It can be completely transformed for your event or leave as is for wine cellar ambiance.

For a classic warehouse and urban vibe in a one-of-a-kind setting, visit Austin's HiHello Event Venue. Located completely underground, each room features exposed brick, pipes and columns. A classic bar is the focal point of our larger event rooms, complete with ornate details and speakeasy charm. A wine cellar is a conversation starter in the smaller Zilker Lounge.
