Hanging Tree Wines is a boutique, family-owned winery situated on 40 acres with breathtaking scenery and views. See the heritage Blacksmith’s Cottage as you enter the front gates and our historic Hanging Tree. Follow the path down past our sea of rose beds, where to the left you can see the rustic Horse Whisperer’s Lodge beside our duck and koi-fish pond. Our Cellar Door, housed within an old cow shed, is filled with knick-knacks and antiques, and its rustic charm will create a feeling of stepping back in time. Follow the driveway towards our olive grove, and spot our 4-bedroom Homestead with surrounding deck, that becomes your reception setting. The sun setting behind the rolling hills of the Brokenback Mountain ranges provides the perfect backdrop to cap off the stunning views on the property.

Our spectacular views of the Brokenback Range are one of a kind, and the sunset from the Homestead deck is just breathtaking. We are quite unique here with our rustic, however, functional features, which set us apart from a lot of wedding venues in the area.

We also have many options for ceremony places on site – be it around the pond, rose beds, olive grove or heritage Blacksmith’s house just to name a few. This gives every couple the flexibility of tailoring their ceremony to their own preference too. Your reception can be held on the deck of our four bedroom Homestead located on site. It offers couples an easy and beautiful option for their reception.

We can also personally create mementos of your wedding for each of your guests to take home with them – specially designed-labelled wine piccolos as wedding favours.
