The luxurious grounds showcase ideal locations for your event. The large lawn overlooking the lagoon provides a scenic backdrop, a shaded large oak tree standing tall provides the perfect southern floral accessory and a quaint garden setting where mother nature shows off are a few options at The Grove. If you are looking for a beach wedding or an intimate party around the firepit as the waves act as your music, then the private access to the Gulf is exactly what you are looking for at The Grove.

Every day and every night can be spent enjoying a variety of different areas at The Grove. From the indoor pool to the game room for after-dinner fun, The Grove brings your family and friends together for laughter and celebrations that will live on as a memory for years to come.

Having three distinct homes on the property sets The Grove about the rest in the Panhandle. With a main house sleeping 14 and two bungalows accommodating an additional 10 guests, The Grove delivers the perfect place for your event. Accommodations: The Grove is unique in that it hosts 3 residences, the Main House, the Upper Bungalow, and the Lower Bungalow all with water views. The Main House sleeps 14 with 2 king suites, 2 queen bedrooms, 1 bunkroom suite that has 3 twin and 3 twin XL beds. Gather in the Main House for dinners and more spilling onto the back screened proch overlooking the lagoon. The Upper Bungalow hosts 1 full bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, and a loft area with 2 twin beds, there is also a sleeper sofa. Complete with its own kitchen and washer and dryer, the Upper Bungalow host views of the Lagoon from the kitchen and the Courtyard from the Living room. The Lower Bungalow host a queen bedroom suite, kitchen, washer and dryer. Enjoy views of the Lagoon off the bedroom porch.
Each stay is a 3 night minimum in the off season and a 7 night minimum during peak season.

Venue Features

The scene:: Pulling onto the property, follow the palm tree lined driveway, past the cannon, up to the Main house. You will also pass the tower, which is no longer accessible by our guests, used by the previous owner for his hot air balloons and checking out the property. Make sure to take time to find serveral hotair balloons across the property...even on the weather vane! The gameroom, know as The Basket hosts a large gathering area as well pool tables, various games, and a covered pool which can be heated for an additional fee. The Upper and Lower Bungalows are just on the other side of The Basket near the Courtyard. If you take the path from the Courtyard to The Oak Tree, you will pass by several fruit trees. Speaking of trees, we have Lemon, Lime, Pummelo, Fig, and Orange trees about the property. Built in the 1900's this house and the land it sits on has many stories to tell! Head across the main road to the pristine beaches of Indian Pass. With over 200' of private property, you should have plenty of room to spread out!
Standout venue features:: What makes our property unique is that it stretches from Lagoon to Gulf, there are deer and other critters that roam the estate. Fish from the Private Dock, eat smores by the camp fire, sit on one of the many screened porches, or chill on the beach listening to the waves!
