Grey LB is a one of a kind space for Gathering, Celebrating and Creating. Our recently renovated 1904 building is great for hosting a wide range of events from weddings to pop-up retail events, corporate workshops, brand product launches, album release events, art exhibits, catered private dinners and more.

The private outdoor courtyard (seated 100 guests- standing 175 guests )in conjunction with 2,500 square feet of usable indoor upstairs open floor plan(seated 120 guests - standing 150 guests), featuring exposed brick, hardwood floors and original window frames, create a uniquely brilliant visual space for every type of event.
