Ginza Bairin offers (2) separate dining experiences,The Tonkatsu Room and The Yoshoku Room.Each Room offers different menu items, with 10 Signature Tonkatsu items available on both. In the Tonkatsu room : We serve all range of Tonkatsu dishes.We serve high-quality Berkshire pork (Kurobuta) that forms the basis for the cutlet dishes, along with the low-sugar bread crumb batter and premium salad oil used to create a perfectly crispy outside and juicy inside in every bite. Ginza Bairin’s signature Tonkatsu Sauce, a blend of spices, fruits, and vegetables, brings out the natural sweetness and robust flavor of the Tonkatsu.In the Yoshoku & Bistro room : Japanese dishes that were inspired by Western ingredients like Omrice and Hamburger steak, Napolitan spaghetti, Beef stew, Seafood Gratin and so on.
