Our creative and architecture teams work together to find the best possible layout according to the client's needs. The entire structure is built upon request.
Our tent can have different sizes, from 300sqm up to 700sqm. The layout is very flexible, every detail is thought out together with the client.

We work with trusted suppliers for this structure and we carry out the management and planning until delivery of the space.

The venue is at a privileged location, being set in a garden that is part of the Lisbon Cruise Terminal complex. It is located between the historic Santa Apolonia train station and the famous Praça do Comercio. It offers a beautiful view over the Tagus river and is surrounded by nature. The tent's layout respects the trees present in the garden, which makes the structure biophilic. This allows the venue to be an ideal space for events, where modernism and diversity meet.

Inside Scoop

The auditorium of Heden Santa Apolonia and the garden of Heden Tent work very well together if you wish to have 2 stages for example. The stage in the tent is usually the main one, followed by the one located in our coworking space auditorium.

These spaces are perfect for hosting hackathons, conferences, parties, launches...

Venue Features

The scene:: At the entrance of the garden, the guests will see a reception structure, that will allow them to go check in upon arrival. After walking down a runway (carpet color of client's choice), they will enter the main room, which is the tent. They will have access to different areas: conference / auditorium area, catering area, lounge areas, outdoor area... They will be free to circulate around each area as they please.
Design:: The design is made upon request, our architecture and creative teams work together to find the best layout according to the client's needs. This way, every tent that is assembled is different and provides a unique environment.
Standout venue features:: The tent structure respects the nature around, making the venue biophilic, and ideal for any type of event.

The venue is assembled in cooperation between SpaceWorks, and her sister company, Heden. The tent is installed in the garden of the Heden Coworking space of Santa Apolonia, which is certified B-Corp.

For this venue, we work exclusively with the Chef Marlene Vieira, through one of her restaurants, ZunZum. Marlene Vieira is internationally recognized for her work, dedicated to Portuguese flavors, without losing sight of contemporary gastronomic trends. She has been awarded by Michelin.
