Venue Features

The scene:: The venue is 11K square feet with two stories and is full of natural light, a bar and kitchen area, and bridal suite and groom suite, and an add-on open air courtyard.
Design:: The property was originally a steel factory until we aquired it this year, and has since been given rennovation which preseve the character of the site along with necessary modernization.
Standout venue features:: The venue has a built in bar room, high ceilings, an upstairs and downstairs areas, seven restroom stalls. Wide roll up doors make load in and load out easy for vendors.
Extra perks:: The venue comes with chairs and table seating for fifty. One lounge downstairs, and two lounges upstairs, a projector, heating and AC.
