Drawing upon Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's classical training as a sushi chef in Tokyo, his life abroad in South America and his travels around the world, NOBU LANAI showcases the chef's signature new-style Japanese cuisine, as well as new creations infusing local Hawaiian ingredients. Kailani specializes in contemporary Italian cuisine made from the freshest local and organic ingredients, sourced direction from Hawaii's fishers and farmers. Served alfresco for lunch and dinner, innovative menus incorporate seasonal offerings that are proudly showcased in daily specials.

ONE FORTY is an ocean-view restaurant that offers breakfast and and extensive steak and seafood dinner menu. With an emphasis on local ingredients, the menu showcases prime and wagyu beef from Snake River Farms and local Hawaiian catch, prepared to perfection.

VIEWS at Manele Golf Course is a cliff-side dining clubhouse. Savour island-influenced cuisine while enjoying panoramic ocean vistas and breathtaking fairway views.
The open-air Sports Bar with dramatic views of the ocean offers a lively social atmosphere to gather and mingle.
