Food, Restaurants, Cafes:: Ayung Terrace -- Elegantly situated atop the slope of the lush gorge, the dining room offers breathtaking views of the swift-flowing river below. Serving three meals per day, guests may select to dine in the restaurant or outdoors on the elegant terrace.
Seating for 40 is available in the dining room and the terrace area accommodates 20. A private dining area for eight is located adjacent to the dining room.
Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 11:00 am, lunch from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm and dinner from 6:00 to 10:00 pm.

Riverside Cafe -- Casual, poolside dining is served at this open-air restaurant featuring healthy, Western fare and a wood burning oven. Located next to the river and shaded by an iron wood singles roof and umbrellas, the restaurant is open from 11:00 am to 6:30 pm for lunch and 6:30 to 10:00 pm for dinner.
Lower deck is perfect for private dining and events. Also best spot for a river-front sunbed to listen to the Ayung and enjoy the views.

Chef's Table at Sokasi -- Savour the aromas of Balinese cuisine cooked right in front of you at Sokasi’s open kitchen. Talk to the the chef while you enjoy an intimate seven-course dinner, normally prepared only for big ceremonies.
Highlights include babi guling suckling pig marinated with base genep thousand-spice paste and bebek betutu whole duck slow-roasted in a traditional clay pot oven.
Available every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Bars & Lounges:: Jati Bar -- Located next to the Lobby, this comfortable lounge built out of beautiful teak wood is known for its panoramic view and delicious libations. Open daily from noon to midnight. ‘Rindik’ music is featured from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
