Tucked away in the laid-back coastal town of Carlsbad, California, just half an hour north of San Diego, it offers miles of uncrowded beaches and some of the best golf courses in North America. Four Seasons Residence Club at Aviara features One and Two Bedroom Villas spread out over 27 residential style buildings in two villages.  Each building is two or three stories high and the second bedroom of our Two Bedroom Villas can be sold separately as our Superior King guest room.

-1670 square feet featuring a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, spacious living room with fireplace and washer and dryer 
-Sleeps up to 8 guests: 2 king beds and 2 double size sofa sleepers. 

One Bedroom Villa
-1245 square feet featuring a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, spacious living room with fireplace and washer and dryer

The restaurant's California-inspired fare takes shape through multiple distinctive dining experiences, including an interactive chef's table inside the working kitchen, a signature one of a kind Kitchen Counter Experience, and a well-appointed private dining room for family gatherings and business meetings. In addition to the full-service restaurant, guests can enjoy a wine store and barista bar.

Find notes of nostalgia married seamlessly with modernity, classic elegance dashed with whimsy, the earthiness of the land paired with the rich pucker of the sea. And as the seasons change, so does the menu.
Innovative and unpretentious, Seasons Bar is the perfect place to enjoy one-of-a-kind cocktails crafted by our friendly bartenders. Pull up a chair and sip on "The Sauvecita," our fan favorite margarita combining blackberries, jalapeno and reposado.

Chef's Table
The Chef's Table is where all special celebrations become infinitely more special. Inside the bustling Seasons kitchen, the private table seats up to 12, and provides an up-close view of the kitchen crew as they dice and braise, chop and season. The four -course meal is served family-style, while the mood is lively and finished with rich sensory pleasures for a one of a kind gathering.
