This nineteenth-century home was renovated in early 2021 to such a high standard that you now can't really tell from the interior that the building has been about for close to two hundred years — save for the odd patch of exposed brickwork. The dining room has the feel of a trendy cafe with the bench running along one side and industrial-chic light fittings illuminating the space, while the kitchen fitted out in dark grey is equally minimalist. The new fireplace in the living room is the ideal place around which to get cosy come nighttime, while there's even a small outside space with some seating for an evening nightcap. The location right in the heart of Lyme Regis means that you can get to Church Beach on the Jurassic Coast in just over five minutes' walk, while there are pubs, restaurants and a bakery around the corner on Broad Street.
