Formento's, an Italian-heritage restaurant in Chicago's West Loop, offers three incredible event spaces for your party, shower, rehearsal dinner or next corporate event! The second floor is home to a gorgeous ballroom that can host as many as 200 reception-style and 120 seated. It stuns with vaulted ceilings, a private bar, coat check, and windows overlooking the West Loop. Also on the second floor is the intimate board room, perfect for gatherings of 8-20 guests. On the main floor is a gorgeous semiprivate space that can host up to 40 guests with lush leather banquets and stylish exposed brick - a great choice for showers, dinner parties and more. At Formento's, your menu and wine selection is customized to perfectly fit your taste and style!

Created as a nod to the co-owner’s grandmother, “Nonna Formento,” guests will experience an array of classic dishes, alongside new Italian-American favorites, created by Chef/Partner Tony Quartaro. The world-class wine menu, curated by Steve Morgan, offers guests more than 600 varietals from around world.

Located in the heart of Chicago’s bustling West Loop neighborhood, Formento’s is an Italian restaurant inspired by classic red-sauce joints of the 1950’s and 1960’s. Created as a nod to the owner’s grandmother, guests will enjoy traditional Italian family recipes, alongside new Italian-American favorites, all with a fresh culinary perspective.


Design:
Two private event spaces can accommodate parties of 20 to 120 guests in an intimate second floor loft overlooking Restaurant Row, featuring a private bar and separate entrance. Our private dining rooms are the perfect gathering place for any occasion-relaxed, causal atmosphere with fantastic food and great service. Located on our second floor, these spacious rooms boast their own private bar, restrooms and sound system.
