To ensure a seamless and well-supported event experience, the following supplementary charges may apply in addition to the base venue rental:

  • Security: Required for all events serving alcohol or exceeding 100 guests. Fee varies based on event size and duration.

  • A/V Services: Rental of sound system, microphones, projectors, and lighting packages are available for an additional fee through a Jacksonville vendor. 

  • Additional Furniture: The venue includes a curated collection of bespoke furniture; supplemental rentals beyond this inventory may incur an added cost.

  • Décor: All event décor must be brought in or arranged through a preferred vendor. Décor services are not included in the base rental.

  • Food & Beverage: Clients may select from a list of preferred caterers or bring in their own (subject to approval). All food and beverage services are at the client’s expense.

  • Cleaning Fee: A standard post-event cleaning fee is applied to all rentals; additional charges may apply for large-scale or multi-day events.

All fees will be outlined in your customized proposal following a site visit or planning consultation. We’re happy to work with you to tailor services that align with your vision and budget.
