El Vino Crudo is a wine bar and restaurant located in the heart of Old San Juan - la Calle Fortaleza. We are nestled in a building from the 1700s, displaying the timeless aura old world charm. El Vino Crudo imports quality wines from around the world. The wine we represent is real, from eccentric to laser focused and refined, always sourced from growers who follow organic, biodynamic farming and wine making practices. The food offerings from Chef Eric Ramos are in the french neo-bistro style with North African and Mediterranean influences.
