Venue Setting

The Country Barn is one of the most unique rustic barn wedding venues in Lancaster County, featuring an elegant yet rustic barn wedding experience. In 2005, The Country Barn held its first wedding. Farmer Jim (owner of the Country Barn) decided to pursue his dream of having weddings in this barn and began the complete restoration process in the winter of 2006/2007. Today, the Country Barn located at the main address and the Manor View Barn across the road, are completely restored and are ideal locations for a rustic barn wedding in Lancaster, PA. Through the restoration process, Farmer Jim was sure to keep the historic elements of the barns intact. These two barn locations host multiple unique rustic barn weddings a weekend.

Are you looking for a unique rehearsal dinner? Country Barn offers their delicious Farm to Fork food with a chance to go Line Dancing!  All rehearsal dinners at the Country Barn include Line Dancing with a DJ/instructor in a fitting, rustic setting. Line Dancing is every Tuesday & Friday night and beginners night is the first Tuesday and Friday night of the month! Kick up your heels and have a great time before your wedding even starts.

The Scene:
The Country Barn is located on a real-working 82 acre farm and is one of the largest barns in Lancaster County. All of our venues and ceremony sites are set on the backdrop of beautiful Lancaster County farmland and historic buildings great for photo-ops! We are proud to be able to offer delicious Farm to Fork catering coming directly from the beautiful scenery surrounding the barn. Upon stepping in our barns, you get a sense of rustic charm that only a historic building can provide. Although completely renovated, all three of our barn venues provide you with the comfort of the country. 
Design:
Built in 1866, our Country Barn was renovated to be handicap accessible, climate controlled with beautiful hardwood dance floors without losing its natural historic charm.
Standout Venue Features:
The Country Barn is a unique venue that is proud to be able to offer unique additions to make your wedding day extra special. We have an on-site florist who creates beautiful arrangements, an antique tractor photobooth, hayrides to our campfire sites, and a trolley service! We also offer delicious options for our famous "farm to fork" catering... full presentation roasted pigs, roast beef and our own homegrown potatoes. That's not even mentioning the option to include a Lancaster County Dessert Buffet made by our Amish bakers.

All of our packages include use of the barn for four hours, our famous Farm to Fork catering, tables, chairs, burlap runners for our wooden farm tables, choice of colored linen napkins, china, silverware, glassware, dance floor and your choice of 3 options--one from each category--on our "Customize your Special Day page (a $1750 value). You can 'customize your special day' by choosing from the Lancaster County Dessert Buffet, credit toward our floral service or ceremony sites, a photobooth, trolley transportation, campfires, bar rental and so much more!
