A wine-led rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of Manchester City Centre and over 500 wines.Climat is the second site from the team behind Covino, who set up shop in Chester's historic city centre back in 2016. We've since forged a reputation both regionally & nationally as a fiercely passionate wine-led restaurant with exciting daily changing menus.Head Chef Luke Richardson best describes his style of cooking as 'Parisian ex-pat food' - or more plainly by us as 'just food you want to eat’.As the name 'Climat' suggests, our cellar of approximately 500 different wines has a slight lean toward our favourite region of all - Burgundy. Outside of Burgundy you’ll find a healthy selection of other favourites from around the world, with wines from small producers, to the more iconic, and all the top vignerons that sit between.
