Venue Features

The scene:: Rafters
Our more intimate space, Rafters has a more rustic vibe, perfect for wedding ceremonies and other celebrations. With its combination of wooden rafters, exposed block walls and contemporary chandeliers, The Rafters is a warm and inviting space for any occasion. The adjoining courtyard may be used in conjunction for the cocktail hour or to extend the reception space.

The Porch
Two walls of glass windows and garage doors open from The Great Room to reveal the covered patios with bistro lighting and comfortable groups of seating. The Porch is a favorite spot for a pre-reception cocktail hour or as the setting for late night snacks and drinks.

The Great Room
The first impression of the Great Room is of light and space. The high vaulted ceilings, pristine white walls and the broad expanse of glass doors are always showstoppers. The overall design is a perfect blend of refined industrial wood, glass, concrete and metal elements. The Lounge features a striking 40' long bar and adjoins the private covered patio, perfect for cocktails or late night drinks.
Design:: The Clayton House is a contemporary, urban venue with exposed block walls, wood and metal design features and high ceiling,light-filled spaces. Covered, landscaped patios add an indoor/outdoor option to any event. The raw elegance of each space is warm yet striking.

Both event spaces have covered, landscaped patios. The Porch is enclosed by a ficus hedge and illuminated with hanging bistro lights. Oversized pots with olive trees create a sense of scale. Modular patio furniture allows for a variety of seating options.
Standout venue features:: In the Great Room, a DJ loft oversees the entire room, from where the MC of the event is able to interact and have fun with the crowd.

A rolling garage door allows easy access for larger items, such as luxury vehicles or large chandeliers.

A fiber-optic light wall adds a pop of color that can be coordinated with any color scheme.
