Our flexible seating plan can be configured in almost limitless ways to support your unique event needs, for groups of 100 to 1,000. The historic white patina is a beautiful backdrop to showcase your brand with our fully integrated audiovisual infrastructure and projection mapping capabilities.

Additional Charges

The Civic Theatre has a room rental fee of $5,000 for 3 hours, $1,000 for each additional hour. The room rental fee includes exclusivity of theatre, use of the backstage dressing rooms for private meeting space, security outside theatre, door host, bathroom attendants, six cocktail rounds, ten hi-boy boy tables, standard black or ivory linens and votive candles. 

Bar must be provided by the Civic. Beverage minimum for a 3 hour event is $5,000++. Beverage packages start at $33++ per person for a full open bar, all beverage packages are not inclusive of a 20% service charge and a 10.75% sales tax. 

The Civic has several preferred catering partners, average cost for event catering can range from $25- $75++ per person. Our experienced Sales staff with work with you to source menus and pricing, create floor plans and conceptualize detailed event timelines to ensure your event goes off without a hitch! 

Bar provided by Civic; a 20% service charge and 9.75% sales tax will be applied to minimum bar revenue. **If the minimum is not met, the difference will be charged as additional room rental.
