Found on a quiet terraced street in Fulham, this home's interior is more modern than might be presumed from the traditional exterior. The walls are all a stark shade of white, which works well with the natural light coming in through the bay window and large glass door at the other side of the property. Open up this door and you'll be out in the patio paved with creamy coloured stone and dotted with potted plants. Perhaps surprisingly, this isn't the home's only outdoor space — up on the second floor, one of the bedrooms has a peaceful balcony leading off from it. Back at ground level, we particularly like the open dining room with the minimalist kitchen sitting behind. The local area is residential, but there's plenty to keep you occupied nearby. It's possible to reach the Thames Path in four minutes on foot, where you can continue along the river banks. Alternatively, Stamford Bridge stadium can be reached in twenty-two minutes' walk if you want to catch a match.
