The Villa Soleilla overlooks from above, offering views of the sea beyond the waves of vines while the Château is lost in nature and endless vineyards.

Two on-site restaurants, fine dining restaurant L'Art de Vivre, which offers a unique gourmet experience of verticial cuisine with organic products and biodynamic preparations in a maginificient setting and restaurant Chez Paule, for classic Languedoc-Rousillon region dishes. The Chef Sommelier's iconic wines & old vintages selection from Gérard Bertrand's own personal wine collection match perfectly the Chefs' cuisine. Gourmet receptions and dinners can be helf on the Château grounds for up to 1500 guests.
Just a few minutes’ drive from the Wine Resort, stands l’Hospitalet Beach our beach club and restaurant on a large Mediterranean beach. From May to September, L'Hospitalet beach offers single deckchairs, double deckchairs and canopy beds, a large cocktail bar and a restaurant, open for lunch and dinner in the summer and events on the beach.

It offers a unique experience of vertical cuisine in a completely redesigned setting, right between the earth and the sky. Here, nature is king, magnified, an integral part of the décor through the bay windows overlooking the vines and nature, and in the plate a perfect balance is always achieved in harmony with the great wines of Gérard Bertrand estates.
At Chez Paule, you will taste the authenticity and the charm of yesteryear through traditional Languedoc-Roussillon dishes prepared in the large wood-fired oven, on the restaurant open grill or in a cocotte casserole.
The Chef of L'Hospitalet Beach, focuses on a cuisine from the local market based on the produce of the day, for a few highend dishes: on the sea menu, lobster, seared tuna, bass, sea bream; for meat, Pyrenees veal chop, rack of lamb with sage, Aubrac beef, or grilled pork ribs. The wine list offers an opportunity to explore Gérard Bertrand wines, including several fine options served by the glass.
