Tucked away in picturesque Gray, Maine lives the beautiful and charming Caswell Farm & Wedding Barn. Caswell Farm is the ideal wedding destination for couples who dream of having an enchanting, authentic Maine wedding.

Our historic wedding barn offers the quintessential space — complete with perfectly rustic charm — to unite in celebration. Family-owned and operated for three generations, Caswell Farm welcomes couples and celebrations from all over the world.

We currently offer three thoughtfully curated wedding packages that are sure to suit your perfect wedding day. We also offer complete food & drink catering services to make your day easy and stress-free.

THE BLISS PACKAGE

Friday, Saturday, or Sunday

Our base fee of $5,000 includes: access to the property the day prior to your wedding ceremony for set-up, decorating, lighting, etc.; access to the farmhouse six hours prior to your ceremony for hair, make-up, pictures, and relaxing before the big moment; access to the property for the entire day, and throughout the evening until your departure (as late as 11 pm) on the day of your wedding. Please understand, for this package, the property must look the way you originally found it, prior to your departure, that evening. The Barn is fully furnished with perimeter lighting, fully supplied fire pit and bathrooms

    THE JOY PACKAGE

    Friday through Sunday

    Our base fee of $6,000 includes all included in the Bliss package and much more: access to the property the day prior to your wedding ceremony for you to set-up, decorate, additional lighting, rehearsal dinner etc.; access to the farmhouse throughout the day of your ceremony for hair, make-up, pictures, and relaxing before the big moment; access to the property, Farmhouse suite and bathroom and kitchen the entire day of your ceremony and into the night (as late as 12 am). This package does not include an overnight stay at the Farmhouse, nor camping for your guests. You are able to return on Sunday for brunch, final pictures, and clean-up/breakdown of your event. 

     

    THE LOVE PACKAGE

    Friday through Sunday 

    Our base fee of $6,500 includes: everything that is included The Joy Package, but additionally makes our farmhouse available for one overnight stay on Saturday evening. This rental includes two bedrooms, a large living room, one full bath, a kitchen, and both enclosed and open porches. Along with this, we also include a large space for your guests to camp and tent out (no RV campers please). If you are interested in staying at the farmhouse on both Friday and Saturday night, please add $500 to the package price

      The Scene:
      Caswell Farm is a privately owned, 50-acre farm, nestled on a quiet, country road in Gray, Maine. There are three grassy fields surrounded by beautiful hedgerows, which stretch out beyond our 300-year-old antique barn. Beautiful flower gardens provide unlimited photo opportunities!

      Our antique barn is small but quaint, available for your reception or dancing, has a charming rustic feel and the decor and lighting add elegance to the event. Fields of flowers offer special options for an outdoor wedding, with the comfort and peace of mind of the barn for an indoor reception.
