Managed by the Castle’s owners, the Baccheschi Berti, whose refined taste shines throughout Vicarello, your wedding will not only be a perfectly run, beautiful day, it will also offer many magical moments. Castello di Vicarello can take care of all your wedding needs, from the food, music, flower arrangements, table settings, marquee, and any of the finer details to complement your special day. Vicarello can also accommodate a civil ceremony or a blessing on the property, or can help with choosing churches in the surrounding area.

The Estate: The Castle estate’s gardens, filled with lavender, rosemary and olive groves, offer a stunning views of the Tuscan countryside. For weddings of a considerable number of guests, in the estate’s gardens, we recommend a marquee, for small parties it is not necessary unless desired, as, in case of bad weather, we can accommodate everybody inside Accommodation: Castello di Vicarello can accommodate 16 people, (or 23 people maximum with the use of extra beds - €150per night additional). The exclusive hire rate for the accommodation of 16 guests in 8 rooms at Vicarello is € 8.900,00 per day. This includes daily breakfast and taxes.

We ask a minimum of a 3 nights stay. We highly recommend that the wedding day is on the 2nd day of your stay, as you will have the next day to relax and enjoy your family and friends. Please remind that the check out will be at noon. When possible, depending on the date of the event, if not in high season, we can offer the exclusive villa rental for 2 nights only. Additional accommodation can be arranged by Vicarello at venues nearby.

Catering: Vicarello provides organic, fresh product incorporating traditional and regional recipes. Your menu can be personalized depending on your taste and the number of guests. The price of your wedding meal, starts from Euro 195,00 per person. These costs include classic table settings and service until 12 p.m.(for a max. of 8 hours service), however does not include drinks or flower arrangements and anything else not mentioned. Please see in the attachment our proposal of wedding menu. We would be happy to provide an estimate in case you want a different menu, which we can study expressly for you.
